LG Davis specialise in the production of printed sustainable solidboard packaging. This includes printed folding cartons, header cards, printed sleeves (including outer belly band sleeves for food packs), bespoke manilla filing products, and exhibition and display graphics.
We have been successful in creating & maintaining long-term relationships with our nationwide customer base through good customer relations and inherent flexibility. Our customer base ranges from small innovative internet start-up enterprises, up to multi-national organisations.
Our production facilities encompass all aspects of the printing and packaging processes. This includes graphic design, printing production (on Komori, Heidelberg, Xerox & Roland printing presses), and print-finishing equipment such as die-cutting machinery and in-line carton gluers.
Since 2008, we have been able to produce Braille-embossed cartons in-house which is a requirement of EU pharmaceutical packaging regulations. We have been a pioneer of this technology, and are virtually unique in the UK in being able to offer cost-effective braille embossing on carton runs from just 1,000 items.
